Chang Xin Mining Machinery Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd is a modern enterprise specializing in researching, producing and selling all kinds of high manganese steel casting, high chrome steel castings and carbon steel casting .Its original company, Chang An Wear Resistant Material Manufacture was founded in the late 1990 in Quanzhou, the most historical and cultural city in China.With the production line of sand casting and melted mould casting of high-manganese steel, the company major in manufacturing wear resisting steel castings, including jaw crusher spare parts, cone crusher spare parts, hammer crusher spare parts, impact crusher spare parts and bucket teeth. The products are widely used in the fields of stone mine\iron mine,metallurgy\chemical and cement. After more than 20 years'effort, the products of the company has already expanded from wear resistant steel castings to manufacturing and selling a variety of crushers including jaw crusher,hammer crusher,impact crusher,compound crusher and cone crusher.
 
At present, our company has fixed assets of over RMB40 million and a headcount of more than 150, among which there are 8 senior title employees,18 junior and medium title employees and 124 primary title employees. With piece weight from 1kg to 5tons,the company's annual manufacture capacity has reached over 18 thousand tons. Covering a total area of 18320 square meters, the three factory buildings are well equipped. Some of the main equipments are: one set of 5tons medium frequency furnace, one set of 4tons medium frequency furnace,two sets of 3tons medium frequency furnace, three sets of 1.25tons of medium frequency furnace,two lost foam production line, two sets of 20tons heat treatment furnaces, two sets of 15tons heat treatment furnaces,three 3.5m vertical lathes,two 2m vertical lathes,15 hoisting devices,three hydraulic machines,one international advanced Japan direct-reading spectrometer,two high frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzers and one hardness detection equipment.
